As a traditional Swiss family-run company with a history that goes back for more than 60 years, we are proud of our long-term, sustainable economic dealings. With the first “Sustainability report”, we are marking a milestone combined with the commitment to sustainable development which combines economic performance capability with ecological and social responsibility.

As a regional employer and global company, Hawa is aware of its responsibility. The dealings are based on ethical principles, integrity and sustainable dealings for its customers, employees and society – in harmony with economic success at all times. Our goal is to achieve significant progress in the areas of governance, economics, ecology and social issues – both in the short term and the long term.

We define clear reduction targets for the coming years based on the first CO2 measurement which was taken in 2023. We will measure sustainability progress using key performance indicators and report in accordance with the GRI standards.
