Prix SVC Zurich Economic Area 2024: Hawa Sliding Solutions nominated for the coveted SME award

The Prix SVC expert jury vets Hawa Sliding Solutions AG on site as part of the nomination process. Five successful companies from the Zurich economic area have been nominated for the grand final, and are still in with a chance of winning the prestigious award. The award ceremony will be taking place in Zurich in November 2024.

The sponsor and initiator of the Prix SVC awards is the Swiss Venture Club, an independent association for the promotion and support of Swiss SMEs. Hawa was vetted by the jury at its Mettmenstetten headquarters on July 2, 2024.

The Swiss Venture Club presents the Prix SVC Zurich Economic Area to exemplary companies who have impressed with their innovative products and services, their corporate culture, the quality of their employees and management, and their sustainable track record of success.

The companies and nominees for the Prix SVC are selected by an independent, regionally well-established jury of experts. Its president, Christopher Blaufelder, partner at McKinsey & Company Switzerland, is impressed by the quality of the 2024 finalists: “I am really looking forward to the Prix SVC, and I think that it has been harder than ever to choose the winner this year. We have consistently selected high-quality companies from a wide range of industries - from building solutions to AI in finance and also recycling. All of these companies have marvelous employees and a clear focus on quality and innovation.”

The awards ceremony will take place on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, in the Zurich Convention Center. About 1,500 guests from business, science, politics and culture are expected to attend.
